Booking and Payment

3.3 Prices for our services are subject to change. However, once a booking is confirmed with payment, the agreed-upon price will be honored.
No Cancellation and No Refund Policy
4.1 All payments made for our services are final and non-refundable.
4.2 Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
4.3 In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent Bavir Parties from delivering the agreed-upon services, we will work with the client to reschedule the event or provide an alternative solution. However, refunds will not be provided.

6.1 Bavir Parties is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
Governing Law
7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
7.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the UAE courts.
